A Colorless Thermoplastic Peek Polyetheretherketone
A polymer obtained by step growth process of polymerization is a colorless thermoplastic called peek polyetheretherketone. Due to its high melting point it has outstanding chemical, electrical properties. It can only be attacked by some of the acids and compounds at the higher temperature. Peek is a tough material so that it can be used in the applications where strength is needed like insulation of wires, pumps, bearing etc. It absorbs very less water as it is water resistance material. Due to its high bearable temperature it has good chemical confrontation or less reactive. Up till high temperature i.e. 250°C it doesn’t loose its properties and remain the same. It is not affected by an exposure to hot steam for a continuous time period.
There are many standards of peek polyetheretherketone available. One is the peek which is unfilled which is unbreakable means high strength and also malleable and ductile. It is available in sheets or in form of rods. Another is the filled that is glass filled which has more strength. It augments the flexural modulus and decrease the expansion rate. It is in brown color. Another is carbon filled which increases the rigidity of the peek. It is black in color.

Peek Polyetheretherketone High Performance Thermoplastic
A thermoplastic with high performance is polyetheretherketone. It is less toxic as compared to other when burned. Peek polyetheretherketone has some of the properties like it is semi crystalline, outstanding electrical properties so there is no need of additives. It has a high melting point. It is also water resistance. Polyetheretherketone also called PEEK. Crystalline part can be achieved by using a hot mold. Removal of peek permits to view the change of color to a colored solid from a semi transparent material. If the mold is not hot then the part becomes colorless. The temperature can be checked using a thermocouple which is highly recommended.
The peek mold must be developed for the high temperature practice along with insulators, draft etc. Peek is a costly material due its qualities. At the time of molding peek safety measures must be taken like hand gloves, face guard and eye glasses must be worn. It follows all the principles of thermoplastics, so all those principles must also be considered. The resin used must have the needed properties and also must be dry without any filler in it. It must be properly analyzed to assure its dryness. There are different grades or standards of peek available.

Belgium town that is the capital of Walloon is arlon. German language is often used by most of the people of Arlon. This territory was established by a tribe that was a hybrid of German plus Celtic. The culture of Arlon is like that of the roman culture in fact was the same. More knowledge is gained about the medieval period by digging up the earth from where all the stones, equipments, and other things were extracted. At that time that area was highly developed before the third century when every thing was destroyed due to destroyed.

Across the border many people are coming for work mainly in a famous chocolate factory of Arlon. It has its railway station were all the trains whether national or international stops.
